GENERAL POLICY

ITEM QUALITY

All items are vintage and most have been gently used. I will do my best to describe every flaw. But, sometimes small flaws may go unnoticed. If you feel an item is mis-categorized or a major issue has been overlooked please contact me! Categories are as follows.

 

     EXCELLENT+ never used, perfect condition.

 

     EXCELLENT best vintage condition. No flaws or             very minor flaws.

 

     GOOD still great vintage condition, but noticeable         flaws. You won’t see these here :)

 

     FAIR needs repair, cleaning, and is visibly worn.             You won’t see these here :)

 

     POOR I don't sell poor condition items! ;) <3

 

ITEMS DELIVERED AS DESCRIBED

When you receive the item you ordered as described, the seller has provided the service and product requested and the sale is final.

 

For the best possible shopping experience

     1. Read the listing, not just the title.

     2. Know your measurements and ask for help with           fit issues

     3. Do not buy for other people. Ask about a gift                 certificate instead.

     4. View all photos carefully

 

There are no cash refunds (reversal of payments) under the terms of this shop's policy unless an item has been ruled significantly not as described by the seller or a third party (PayPal). There were will be no partial refunds for condition issues or any other reasons. Significantly not as described items, will be fully refunded. After an item that has been ruled significantly not as described has been 100% refunded, no other moneys are owed to the buyer.

PROCESSING TIME

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

 

North America: 3-5 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
 


 

RETURN SHIPPING

 

Paying for return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be shipped with tracking AND should include insurance. Buyer must provide a tracking number through the convo system. Seller is not responsible for packages lost or stolen because buyer failed to provide a tracking number or notify the seller a shipment was coming.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on recycled or vintage items. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

If you are not satisfied, please contact me first. I want to make sure my customers are happy. Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback before contacting me.

RECYCLED:

  • As these garments are recycled, all items are described thoroughly and sold as-is.

  • We cannot offer refunds for fit issues, variances in monitor colors, or buyer's remorse since these things are out of our control. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please convo us with any questions before purchasing.

  • You should be familiar with the nature of recycled  clothing before purchasing a recycled garment from any online venue.

  • Vintage is used and unless it happens to be dead-stock with tags attached, presumably once worn and enjoyed. It may have normal small signs of use which are to be considered character and not distractions.

  • Our pieces are wearable and in Excellent to Excellent+ condition. Any noticeable flaws or issues will be minor and also well-described. (we do not, as a rule, offer "mint" items because how can any garment -- even one that appears to be unworn and pristine -- truly be mint.

  • We do not offer any item that we would not personally be thrilled to collect and to wear. We make every effort to disclose any noticeable flaws or issues in our condition report so you can make an informed purchase.

  • We can provide additional photographs, measurements, history, or information if you convo us. We steam press/sterilize each item prior to posting but other pressing or cleaning needs will be left to the new owner. All items come from a smoke free boutique in Sugar Land, Texas.

VINTAGE:

 

  • As these garments are vintage, between 20 to 60 years old (or older), all items are described thoroughly and sold as-is.

  • We cannot offer refunds for fit issues, variances in monitor colors, or buyer's remorse since these things are out of our control. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please convo us with any questions before purchasing.

  • You should be familiar with the nature of vintage clothing before purchasing a vintage garment from any online venue.

  • Vintage is old and unless it happens to be dead-stock with tags attached, presumably once worn and enjoyed. It will have normal small signs of wear and use which are to be considered character and not distractions.

  • Our pieces are wearable and in Excellent to Excellent+ condition. Any noticeable flaws or issues will be minor and also well-described. (we do not, as a rule, offer "mint" items because how can any garment -- even one that appears to be unworn and pristine -- truly be mint if it is 20 to 60 years old?)

  • We do not offer any item that we would not personally be thrilled to collect and to wear. We make every effort to disclose any noticeable flaws or issues in our condition report so you can make an informed purchase.

  • We can provide additional photographs, measurements, history, or information if you convo us. We do dry clean and spot treat most items. We do steam each one out prior to posting but other pressing or cleaning needs will be left to the new owner. All items come from a smoke free boutique in Houston, Texas.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM

Item returns are offered on a case by case basis. In that event, the buyer must contact the seller within 2 days of receipt, receive seller approval from our store that the return is being accepted, and post mark the return within 3 days of seller approval in order to return the item without incurring restocking fees.


 

RETURNING W/OUT CONTACTING SELLER FIRST

 

As all sales are considered final, items returned without contacting the seller first or without the seller specifically agreeing to issue a refund beforehand are subject to a 50% restocking fee (on top of the other fees listed below) and may be refused outright if enough time has passed according to Fox Supply and Paypal guidelines.

 

Packages refused due to customs fees or because they were never picked up at the post office may be subject to these fees along with any return shipping fees usps or other carriers decide to charge. Original shipping is never refunded on items returned without contacting the seller first. The restocking fee will be waived if the buyer pays for the item to be reshipped.

 


 

RETURN FEES

 

Read "Return Shipping" section in our shipping policy for details on Return Shipping. Return fees are as follows:

 

THERE ARE NO RETURN FEES on items mailed back promptly with seller approval in the condition they were received.

 

Buyers are responsible for mailing back items promptly within 3 days of seller approval.

 

Buyers are responsible for getting approval before returning an item

 

Buyers are responsible for contacting the seller within 24 hours after delivery confirmation if there is an issue with the order. If more than 3 days have passed, seller may refuse to approve return. If  Paypal approves a return, there will be a $5 late fee for every day after 3 days past the buyers delivery confirmation date, that the return was initiated.

 

Buyers are responsible for returning items in the same condition as they were received. If an item is worn, damaged or altered, Fox Supply and PayPal policies allow a seller to reject a returned item without refund.

 

Items post marked or mailed back more than 3 days after seller's return approval are subject to $20 restocking fee and 10% of the original item price restocking fee

 

Items post marked or mailed back more than 7 days after seller's return approval are subject to a $20 restocking fee and 25% of the original item price restocking fee

 

Items post marked or mailed back more 14 days after seller's return approval are subject to a $20 restocking fee and 35% of original item price restocking fee

 

Items post marked or mailed back more than 21+ days after seller's return approval are subject to a $20 restocking fee and 50% original item price restocking fee.
